Cleaning operations should be controlled to limit dust and other particles adhering to existing surfaces.
The Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions for the safety of, and shall provide all reasonable protection to prevent damage, injury or loss to: all employees at the Work Site and all other persons who may be affected thereby; all the materials and equipment used in the Cleaning operations, whether in storage on or off the Work Site, under the care, custody or control of the Contractor or any of its subcontractor(s); and other property at the Work Site or adjacent thereto.
