Cleaning Costs definition

Cleaning Costs means the expense charged by the Rental Manager to provide cleaning services upon checkout of paying guests.
Cleaning Costs means a $500 fee or any other amount to be determined in the discretion of the Committee, payable by the Owner to the Owners Corporation for general cleaning of the Building.

Cleaning Costs means, for any period, the costs of cleaning all office floors of the Building above the mezzanine level of the Building (including the common areas on such floors) excluding any Full Premises Floors cleaned by Tenant pursuant to pursuant to Section 11.7 (the "Landlord Cleaned Building Area"); provided, however, that "Cleaning Costs" shall not include any of the costs referred to in clause (2) through (31) of Section 4.1(g).

Related to Cleaning Costs

  • Operating Costs means the incremental operating expenses incurred on account of the Project implementation, management and monitoring including rent for buildings; office, vehicles, office equipment and other operation and maintenance costs; water and electricity utilities, telephone, office supplies, bank charges, additional staff costs, travel and supervision costs, per diem, but excluding the salaries of officials and public servants of the Project Implementing Entity or the Recipient’s civil service.

  • Training Costs means reasonable costs incurred to upgrade the technological skills of Full-Time Employees in Illinois and includes: curriculum development; training materials (including scrap product cost); trainee domestic travel expenses; instructor costs (including wages, fringe benefits, tuition and domestic travel expenses); rent, purchase or lease of training equipment; and other usual and customary training cots. “Training costs” do not include, except where the Company receives prior written approval of the Department, costs associated with travel outside the United States, wages and fringe benefits of employees during periods of training, administrative costs related to Full-Time Employees of the Taxpayer, or amounts paid to an affiliate of the Company.
