Clean-Up Notice definition
Clean-Up Notice means a notice referred to in section 50;

Clean-Up Notice means any notice, direction, order or other claim served by any Government Agency in connection with any Environmental Law which requires the taking of Prescribed Remedial Action in respect of the presence of any Contaminant located in, on or under, or emission or discharge of any Contaminant from any of the Properties.
