Clean Invoice definition
Clean Invoice means a Provider invoice for Service(s) that is in accordance with the most recently supplied One Call Billing Protocol (which One Call reserves the right to change from time to time in its sole discretion) and the Service Fees.
Examples of Clean Invoice in a sentence
Provider shall submit to One Call a Clean Invoice within thirty (30) days from date of the relevant Service.
Except as otherwise required by law, and subject to the provisions of this Agreement, One Call shall use commercially reasonable efforts to pay Provider no later than twenty (20) days (for individual owner-operator providers), and thirty (30) days (for agency providers), respectively after One Call’s receipt of a Clean Invoice.
