CLDP definition

CLDP means a single document package that details the source, history and generation of one (1) specific lot of Life Cells, including the preparation, characterization and testing of the seed, master, working and/or catalog cell banks (as applicable) for such Life Cells. The CLDP is subject to Life copyrights and to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
