Clause Ten definition

Clause Ten. This contract is made in duplicate; and each party holds one.

  • Likewise, the Concession is also a sufficient title to guarantee the economic operations and of any other similar nature of the CONCESSIONAIRE, directly related to the Concession, in the banking and financial system, within what is established in Clause Ten of this Contract.

  • The terms and conditions of the conciliation, invoicing, revision and payment of the rates referred to in this Section 6.2 shall be those detailed in Clause Ten of this Agreement, and amended as mutually agreed upon by the authorized representatives of the Parties hereto from time to time.

  • The rights that are created by this Clause Ten shall remain in effect for a period of six months beginning on the date on which the Trustee, the Trust Beneficiary, or any acquiring third party, as the case may be, acquires and receives said interest and/or the pertinent Asset Placed in Trust, without prejudice to the provisions of Article Two Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Nine of the Federal Civil Code and the correlative articles of the Civil Codes of the Federal Entities of Mexico and the Federal District.
