classified documents definition
classified documents means documents the disclosure of which could affect the protection of the essential interests of the European Union or of one or more of its Member States, notably in public security, defence and military matters, and which may be partially or totally classified;
classified documents means CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, and TOP SECRET documents, each as defined by Executive Order 12958, or any more recent Executive Order.
