Classification Rate definition

Classification Rate means the ordinary hourly rate of pay as prescribed in
Classification Rate means the hourly rate of pay for the 35 ordinary hours per week
Classification Rate means the rate per hour set out in Appendix 1Rates of Pay & Allowances, of this Agreement for the Classification. The Classification Rate does not include any Allowances.

Examples of Classification Rate in a sentence

  • Contractor agrees to provide IT Professional services at the fixed rates specified as set forth in Attachment B - Classification Rate Schedule, in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the RCA.

  • The posting shall contain at a minimum the Job Classification, Rate of Pay and Shift.

  • Invoice (i.e. Tax invoice as per relevant Service Tax rules, in original and duplicate, clearly indicating Service Tax registration number, Service Classification, Rate and amount of Service Tax shown separately).

  • The following information will be provided on a monthly basis: Social Insurance Number Date of Hire Job Classification Rate of pay Amount Deducted Status of Employee (i.e. part-time, full-time, etc.).

  • Part-time employees will be laid off prior to the layoff of full- time employees, provided that the full-time employee(s) is fully qualified in respect of skill, competence and efficiency to satisfactorily perform the work then available and to perform this work at the employee(s) job Classification Rate.

Related to Classification Rate

  • Inflation rate means that term as defined in section 34d.

  • Capitation rate means the fee the department pays monthly to an HMO for each enrolled recipient for the provision of covered medical and health services whether or not the enrolled recipient received services during the month for which the fee is intended.

  • Capitalization Rate means 7.00%.

  • Calculation Rate For each Distribution Date, in the case of the Class A and Class B Interests, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as capped at zero or reduced by a fixed percentage of 100% of the interest accruing on such Class.

  • Allocation Ratio With respect to any Series, as defined in the related Supplement.
