CLASSIFICATION ORDER definition

CLASSIFICATION ORDER means that certain interlocutory order issued in the LAWSUIT titled “Order Granting Plaintiff’s Partial Summary Judgment Against the MGAM Defendants (Regarding Classification of Games) and Denying the MGAM Defendants’ Motion for Summary Judgment” dated November 29, 2007.
CLASSIFICATION ORDER means any written determination by a majority of the Board classifying a film, or granting or refusing an application for change of classification.
