Classic Global Note definition

Classic Global Note or “CGN” means a Temporary Global Note in the form set out in Schedule 1 Part 1 or a Permanent Global Note in the form set out in Schedule 1 Part 2;
Classic Global Note mean a Temporary Global Note in the form set out in Schedule 1 hereto or a Permanent Global Note in the form set out in Schedule 2 hereto, in either case where the applicable Final Terms specify the Notes as being in CGN form;
Classic Global Note means a Note in global form which specifies on its face that it is not a New Global Note, representing an issue of commercial paper of a like maturity which may be issued from time to time by an Issuer pursuant to this Agreement;

Examples of Classic Global Note in a sentence

  • If the Final Terms specify that the New Global Note form is not applicable, this Temporary Global Note shall be a "Classic Global Note" or "CGN" and the principal amount of Notes represented by this Temporary Global Note shall be the amount stated in the Final Terms or, if lower, the principal amount most recently entered by or on behalf of the Issuer in the relevant column in Schedule 1 (Payments, Exchange and Cancellation of Notes).

  • If the applicable Final Terms indicate that this Global Note is intended to be a Classic Global Note, the nominal amount of the Notes represented by this Global Note shall be the amount stated in the applicable Final Terms or, if lower, the nominal amount most recently recorded by or on behalf of the Issuer, in the relevant column in Part II, III or IV of Schedule 1 or in Schedule 2.

  • If the applicable Final Terms indicate that this Global Note is intended to be a Classic Global Note, the nominal amount of the Notes represented by this Global Note shall be the amount stated in the applicable Final Terms or, if lower, the nominal amount most recently envisaged by or on behalf of the Issuer, in the relevant column in Part II, III or IV of Schedule 1 or in Schedule 2.

  • If the Final Terms specify that the New Global Note form is not applicable, this Global Note shall be a "Classic Global Note" or "CGN" and the principal amount of Notes represented by this Global Note shall be the amount stated in the Final Terms or, if lower, the principal amount most recently entered by or on behalf of the Issuer in the relevant column in Schedule 1 (Payments, Exchange against Temporary Global Note, Delivery of Definitive Notes and Cancellation of Notes).

  • If the applicable Final Terms indicates that this Global Note is intended to be a Classic Global Note, the nominal amount of the Notes represented by this Global Note shall be the amount stated in the applicable Final Terms or, if lower, the nominal amount most recently recorded by or on behalf of the Issuer, in the relevant column in Part II, III or IV of Schedule 1 or in Schedule 2.

  • If the Final Terms specify that the New Global Note form is not applicable, this Global Note shall be a "Classic Global Note" or "CGN" and the principal amount of Notes represented by this Global Note shall be the amount stated in the Final Terms or, if lower, the principal amount most recently entered by or on behalf of the Issuer in the relevant column in Schedule 1 (Payments, Exchanges against Temporary Global Note, Delivery of Definitive Notes and Cancellation of Notes).
