Subscriptions for all types of Class Z Units will only be accepted from other Sub-Funds of the Fund, from investors who have entered into a separate arrangement (legal agreement) with the Manager or its delegate or on behalf of feeder funds whose investment objective is to invest in the relevant Sub-Fund.
Class Z Units are offered primarily to clients of the Investment Manager or its affiliates pursuant to an investment management agreement.
