Class XP Certificates. The Class I-XP Certificates and the Class II-XP Certificates.
Class XP Certificates. Any of the Class XP Certificates substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-7. Class XP Reserve Account: The account established and maintained by the Securities Administrator pursuant to Section 4.07 hereof. Closing Date: September 29, 2006.
