Class W-R Certificate. Any one of the Class W-R Certificates executed by the Paying Agent and authenticated and delivered by the Authenticating Agent, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-27 and evidencing the Residual Interest in REMIC W for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
