Examples of Class SB in a sentence

  • The Class SB Certificates shall be issuable in registered, certificated form in minimum percentage interests of 5.00% and integral multiples of 0.01% in excess thereof.

  • Prepayment charges shall be deposited into the Certificate Account and shall be paid on each Distribution Date to the holders of the Class SB Certificates.

  • All collections, proceeds and other amounts in respect of the Derivative Contracts payable by the Derivative Counterparty shall be distributed to the Class SB Certificates on the Distribution Date following receipt thereof by the Trustee.

  • This Class SB Certificate will not accrue interest on its Certificate Principal Balance.

  • Realized Losses allocated to the Class SB Certificates shall, to the extent such Realized Losses represent Realized Losses on an interest portion, be allocated to the REMIC II Regular Interest SB-IO.
