The Certificate Owners shall hold their respective Ownership Interests in and to each of the Class SA Certificates and the Class A-1 Certificates through the book-entry facilities of the Depository and, except as provided below, shall not be entitled to Definitive Certificates in respect of such Ownership Interests.
Except as provided in Section 5.01(b), the Class SA Certificates and the Class A-1 Certificates shall be issuable in denominations evidencing initial Certificate Principal Balances or Notional Amounts, as applicable, of not less than $1.00 and integral multiples of $1.00 in excess thereof.
