Class S Certificates. The Class S-1 Certificates and the Class S-2 Certificates.
Class S Certificates. Any one of the Class S Certificates as designated on the face thereof substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-2 executed, authenticated and delivered by the Trustee, representing the rights to distributions as set forth herein and therein and evidencing a regular interest in REMIC 3.
