Class O Certificates. Class P Certificates," "Class Q Certificates," "Class S Certificates," "Class R-I Certificates," "Class R-II Certificates," "Class R-III Certificates" or "Class R-IP Certificates," mean the Certificates designated as "Class A-1," "Class A-2," "Class A-3," "Class A-4," "Class X-1," "Class X-2," "Class B," "Class C," "Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class P," "Class Q," "Class S," "Class R-I," "Class R-II," "Class R-III" and "Class R-IP" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.
Class O Certificates means the Class of Residual Certificate denominated as Class O.

Examples of Class O Certificates in a sentence

  • This Certificate is one of a duly authorized issue of Certificates designated as Certificates of the series specified on the face hereof (herein called the "Certificates") and representing an interest in the Class of Certificates specified on the face hereof equal to the quotient expressed as a percentage obtained by dividing the Certificate Balance of this Certificate specified on the face hereof by the aggregate initial Certificate Balance of the Class O Certificates.

  • With respect to the Class A, Class X, Class B, Class C, Class D, Class E, Class F, Class G, Class H, Class J, Class K, Class L, Class M, Class N and Class O Certificates that are issued in book-entry form, on the Closing Date, the Authenticating Agent upon the order of the Depositor shall authenticate Book-Entry Certificates that are issued to a Clearing Agency or its nominee as provided in Section 3.7 against payment of the purchase price thereof.

  • The Class AIO Certificates, the Class I Certificates, the Class P Certificates, the Class O Certificates and the Residual Certificates are issuable in any Percentage Interests; provided, however, that the sum of all such percentages for each such Class totals 100% and no more than ten Certificates of each Class may be issued.
