Class N Certificates. Class O Certificates," "Class P Certificates," "Class EI Certificates," "Class R-I Certificates," "Class R-II Certificates," or "Class R-III Certificates" mean the Certificates designated as "Class A-1," "Class A-1A," "Class A-2," "Class A-3," "Class A-4," "Class A-M," "Class A-J," Class X," "Class X-Y," "Class B," "Clxxx X," "Xxxxx X," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class P," "Class EI," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III," respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits A-1 through A-27.

More Definitions of Class N Certificates

Class N Certificates means the Citigroup HELOC Trust 2006-NCB1 Certificates, Series 2006-NCB1, Class N, substantially in the form set forth in Exhibit A to the Trust Agreement.
