Once an Investor is issued Class M Units, such Investor shall continue to be issued Class M Units for so long as it continues to be eligible to have, and in fact does have, a Managed Account.
The Units may be issued in the seven Classes described herein — Class A Units, Class C Units, Class D Units, Class I Units, Class DS Units, Class DT Units and Class M Units.
