Class M-S Member definition
Class M-S Member means any Person admitted as an additional member of the Company holding Class M-S Shares or a substitute member of the Company holding Class M-S Shares pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, in each case in its capacity as a member of the Company holding Class M-S Shares and for so long as such Person continues to hold Class M-S Shares.
