Class M-5 Margin definition

Class M-5 Margin. With respect to any Distribution Date prior to the second Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.600% per annum, and on any Distribution Date on or after the second Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.900% per annum.
Class M-5 Margin. As of any Distribution Date up to and including the Initial Optional Termination Date for the Certificates, 1.250% per annum and, as of any Distribution Date after the Initial Optional Termination Date, 1.875% per annum.
Class M-5 Margin. As of any Distribution Date up to and including the Auction Termination Date for the Certificates, 0.3900% per annum and, as of any Distribution Date after the Auction Termination Date, 0.5850% per annum.

Class M-5 Margin. As of any Distribution Date, (i) on or before the Initial Optional Termination Date, 0.5000% per annum, and (ii) after the Initial Optional Termination Date, 0.7500% per annum.

  • Class M-2 Margin As of any Distribution Date up to and including the Initial Optional Termination Date, 0.310% per annum and, as of any Distribution Date after the Initial Optional Termination Date, 0.465% per annum.

  • Class M-3 Margin As of any Distribution Date up to and including the Initial Optional Termination Date, 0.3300% per annum and, as of any Distribution Date after the Initial Optional Termination Date, 0.4950% per annum.

  • Class M-1 Margin With respect to any Distribution Date prior to the second Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.420% per annum, and on any Distribution Date on or after the second Distribution Date after the first possible Optional Termination Date, 0.630% per annum.
