CLASS IX UNIT definition
CLASS IX UNIT means a Partnership Unit entitling the holder thereof to the rights of a holder of a Class IX Unit as provided in this Agreement.
CLASS IX UNIT means a Common Unit entitling the holder thereof to the rights of a holder of a Class IX Unit as provided in this Agreement.
