CLASS INITIAL RATE definition

CLASS INITIAL RATE means, with respect to any Class of Notes, the rate identified as such in the Terms Supplement.
CLASS INITIAL RATE means, with respect to any Class of Notes, the rate identified as such in the related Terms Supplement.
