Class II Bonds definition

Class II Bonds means the Utah Housing Corporation Single Family Mortgage Class II Bonds authorized by, and at any time Outstanding pursuant to, the Indenture.

Examples of Class II Bonds in a sentence

  • To the payment of the Principal Installments of and interest and other amounts then due on the Class II Bonds and all Authority Derivative Payments secured on a parity with the Class II Bonds in accordance with the provisions of subparagraph (ii) above as if such subparagraph referred to the Class II Bonds rather than the Class I Bonds.

  • Proceeds of the Taxable Adjustable 2006 Series C-1 Bonds, amounts exchanged for proceeds of the Adjustable 2006 Series C-2 Bonds and proceeds or amounts exchanged for proceeds of the 2006 Series C-3 Class II Bonds will be deposited to the 2006 Series C subaccount of the Debt Service Reserve Fund in an amount equal to 5% of the aggregate principal amount of all 2006 Series C Bonds then Outstanding, which is the Debt Service Reserve Fund Requirement for the 2006 Series C Bonds.

Related to Class II Bonds

  • Series 2019 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2019A Bonds and the Series 2019B Bonds.
