Class I solid waste definition
Class I solid waste means all nonputrescible solid wastes such as cinders, ashes, wastepaper, excelsior, rags, wooden boxes, cardboard boxes, or paper boxes, bottles, broken ware, tin cans, metal scraps, small mechanical parts, sawdust, shavings, floor sweepings, cooler pads, and furnace filters.
