Class H Member definition
Class H Member means any Person admitted as an additional member of the Company holding Class H Shares or a substitute member of the Company holding Class H Shares pursuant to the provisions of this Agreement, in each case in its capacity as a member of the Company holding Class H Shares and for so long as such Person continues to hold Class H Shares.
Class H Member means each Person admitted to the Company as a Member and who holds Class H Common Shares.
Class H Member has the meaning set forth in Section 2.9.
Examples of Class H Member in a sentence
Amounts the Class H Member is otherwise entitled to hereunder and the Performance Participation Allocation shall be reduced by the amount of any prior Tax Distributions made to the Class H Member pursuant to this Section 9.5(d) until all such advances are restored in full.
