CLASS GRADE. A PASSING GRADE IN CLASS IS A 75% AVERAGE OF ALL GRADED MATERIAL, A SATISFACTORILY PASSING PERFORMANCE IN CLINICALS AND PASSING THE MOCK TEST/SIMULATION. STUDENT IS ABLE TO RETAKE ONE QUIZ FOR A BETTER GRADE. THE FINAL EXAM CAN NOT BE RETAKEN. THE FINAL EXAM WILL TAKE A BIG AFFECT ON YOUR GRADE IF YOU FAIL.   • Highest adjacent grade means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface prior to construction next to the proposed walls of a structure.

  • Highest Adjacent Grade (HAG means the highest natural elevation of the ground surface, prior to construction, immediately next to the proposed walls of the structure.

  • Investment Grade means a rating of Baa3 or better by Moody’s (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of Moody’s); a rating of BBB- or better by S&P (or its equivalent under any successor rating categories of S&P); and the equivalent investment grade credit rating from any additional Rating Agency or Rating Agencies selected by the Company.

  • Pay grade means the monthly salary applicable to class titles of service personnel;

  • Highest Rating Category means, with respect to a Permitted Investment, that the Permitted Investment is rated by S&P or Moody’s in the highest rating category given by that rating agency for that general category of security. By way of example, the Highest Rating Category for tax exempt municipal debt established by S&P is “A 1+” for debt with a term of one year or less and “AAA” for a term greater than one year, with corresponding ratings by Moody’s of “MIG 1” (for fixed rate) or “VMIG 1” (for variable rate) for three months or less and “Aaa” for greater than three months. If at any time (i) both S&P and Moody’s rate a Permitted Investment and (ii) one of those ratings is below the Highest Rating Category, then such Permitted Investment will, nevertheless, be deemed to be rated in the Highest Rating Category if the lower rating is no more than one rating category below the highest rating category of that rating agency.   • Investment Grade Credit Rating means (a) with respect to Fitch, a credit rating of BBB- or higher, (b) with respect to Xxxxx’x, a credit rating of Baa3 or higher and (c) with respect to S&P, a credit rating of BBB- or higher.

  • Established Grade means that grade established by the City for the particular area in which a sidewalk is to be constructed.

  • Passing grade means work of such character that credit would be entered on the records were the semester to close at that time.

  • Baa2 or higher by Moody's with respect to any outstanding long-term unsecured unsubordinated debt, and, in the case of a successor Trustee or successor Securities Administrator other than pursuant to Section 10.10, rated in one of the two highest long-term debt categories of, or otherwise acceptable to, each of the Rating Agencies. The Trustee shall not be an Affiliate of the Master Servicer. If the Trustee publishes reports of condition at least annually, pursuant to law or to the requirements of the aforesaid supervising or examining authority, then for the purposes of this Section 10.06 the combined capital and surplus of such corporation shall be deemed to be its total equity capital (combined capital and surplus) as set forth in its most recent report of condition so published. In case at any time the Trustee or the Securities Administrator, as applicable, shall cease to be eligible in accordance with the provisions of this Section 10.06, the Trustee or the Securities Administrator shall resign immediately in the manner and with the effect specified in Section 10.08.

  • Finished grade means the grade upon completion of the fill or excavation.

  • Existing grade means the grade prior to grading.

  • Class A Pass-Through Rate As to the Class A-1 and Class A-R Certificates, the Class A Fixed Pass-Through Rate. The Class A-PO Certificates are not entitled to interest and have no Class A Pass-Through Rate.

  • Class P designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-5 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of "regular interests" in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class B Pass-Through Rate As to any Distribution Date, 6.750% per annum.
