Class E Unit definition
Class E Unit means a Partnership Unit entitling the holder thereof to the rights of a holder of a Class E Unit as provided in this Agreement.
Class E Unit means a Partnership Security representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees, and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to Class E Units in this Agreement.
Class E Unit means a Unit representing a fractional part of the Partnership Interests of all Limited Partners and Assignees and having the rights and obligations specified with respect to a “Class E Unit” in this Agreement. A Class E Unit that is convertible into a Class A Common Unit shall not constitute a Class A Common Unit until such conversion occurs.
Examples of Class E Unit in a sentence
If the Special Limited Partner elects to receive such distributions in Class N Units, Class I Units or Class E Units, the Special Limited Partner will receive the number of Class N Units, Class I Units or Class E Units that results from dividing the Performance Allocation or Class N Performance Allocation, as applicable, by the Net Asset Value per Class N Unit, Class I Unit or Class E Unit at the time of such distribution.
More Definitions of Class E Unit
Class E Unit means a Unit in the Limited Partnership designated as a Class E Unit, having the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set out in the LP Agreement, which are summarized in subsection 4.1.2 of this JKDA.
Class E Unit does not refer to a Common Unit.
