Class E-T1 Notes definition
Class E-T1 Notes means, the Term Notes, Class E-T1, issued hereunder by the Issuer, having an Initial Note Balance of $2,600,000, or any Term Notes issued in replacement thereof pursuant to Section 7 of this Indenture Supplement.
