Class Duration definition

Class Duration. Classes will run for their scheduled length as long as three or more children are present for the class. Class time will be reduced by 15 minutes for a class with only two students. All classes with only one student present will run only 30 minutes. • Missed Classes: Tuition will not be prorated or refunded for missed classes. Make-up classes are not available. We do offer one Open Gym Voucher per month to those students who have been absent due to illness. Holidays and bad weather days are not considered absences and you will not receive a voucher for these. It is your responsibility to ask the office for your Open Gym Voucher. The voucher must be given to the front desk to participate in Open Gym. We will not replace lost or stolen vouchers.
