Class D Undercollateralization Amount definition
Class D Undercollateralization Amount means, with respect to a Distribution Date, the excess, if any, of the principal amount of the Notes on such Distribution Date (before giving effect to any payment to Holders of the Notes on such Distribution Date) over the sum of the Class A Undercollateralization Amount, the Class B Undercollateralization Amount, Class C Undercollateralization Amount and the Aggregate Principal Balance as of the last day of the related Collection Period.
