Class D Loan definition

Class D Loan means the portion of the Old Class E Loans retranched as such pursuant to the Amendment No. 1 and Restatement Agreement. The Class D Loans are term loans.
Class D Loan means those Term Loans made under the Existing Loan Agreement which have been retranched as Class D Loans on the Restatement Effective Date pursuant to Section 2.1, in the amount, for each Lender, set forth on Schedule 2.1.
Class D Loan. Note shall have the meaning given to it in the Security Trust Deed and Cash Management Agreement; Closing Date shall mean, with respect to any Trust Series, (i) in relation to an initial Contribution, the date the duly authenticated and annotated Trust Certificates relating to such Trust Series are delivered to relevant Beneficiary, or (ii) in relation to a Contribution by an existing Investor Beneficiary, the date on which the Trust Property Register is annotated, in each case as evidence of their beneficial entitlement to Trust Property and as specified in the related Trust Supplement; Code means the U.S. Internal Revenue Code of 1986; Collateral Interest shall have the meaning, with respect to any Trust Series or any Class within a Trust Series, specified in the related Trust Supplement;
