Class D Bond definition

Class D Bond. Any of the Bonds with a "Class D" designation on the face thereof, executed by the Issuer and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee substantially in the form of Exhibit A-7 attached to the Indenture.
Class D Bond. Any Class D-1 Bond or Class D-2 Bond.
Class D Bond. Any of the Bonds issued hereunder and designated as such.

Related to Class D Bond

  • Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class D Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class P," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.

  • Class D Certificate Any one of the Certificates with a “Class D” designation on the face thereof, substantially in the form of Exhibit A-1 attached hereto, and evidencing a portion of a class of “regular interests” in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.

  • Class D Rate means [ ]% per annum (computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months).

  • Class D Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class D Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class D Notes.
