Class D Additional Interest definition

Class D Additional Interest shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.6(d).
Class D Additional Interest is defined in Section 4.1(d).
Class D Additional Interest means, with respect to any Interest Period, $0; provided, however, that upon notice to the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer, Class D Additional Interest shall equal such other amount as shall be agreed upon by the Issuer and the Class D Noteholders from time to time.
