Class Certification Event Study Costs definition

Class Certification Event Study Costs means reasonable fees and expenses incurred to conduct an admissible event study regarding facts relevant to class certification in a Securities Claim.
Class Certification Event Study Costs means reasonable fees, costs and expenses of an expert witness incurred by an Insured to create, conduct, and produce an admissible event study regarding any issues of fact relevant to the determination of whether to grant class certification in a Securities Claim.
