Class Cancellation. The College reserves the right to cancel or transfer any class you have agreed herein to teach to another faculty member. The College will notify you in this event, adjusting your workload credit hours and total gross pay in accordance with the salary rate noted above. Also in this event, you will receive a pro-rated payment in lieu of the salary noted above for any hours spent in the classroom for a class that is thereafter cancelled. If a class is cancelled or transferred prior to the first day of class, you will not receive any payment.
