Class C Redemption Amount definition

Class C Redemption Amount means the principal amount so redeemable in respect of each Class C Note on the relevant Notes Payment Date which shall be equal to the Class C Available Principal Funds divided by the number of Class C Notes subject to such redemption (rounded down to the nearest euro).
Class C Redemption Amount means an amount equal to the quotient obtained by dividing the Class C Aggregate Redemption Amount by the number of issued and outstanding Class C Shares;
Class C Redemption Amount means, with respect to any Class C Preferred Unit, the sum of (a) the amount of any accumulated Class C Preferred Distribution Shortfall with respect to such Class C Preferred Unit, plus (b) $25.00, provided, however, that in the case of any Class C Preferred Unit (or fraction thereof) redeemed as a result of a redemption of Class C Preferred Shares pursuant to subparagraph J(8) or (10) of Article II of the Articles of Incorporation of the Initial General Partner, the Class C Redemption Amount shall be equal to the amount paid by the Initial General Partner on account of the redemption of the equivalent amount of such Class C Preferred Shares (including fractions thereof) pursuant to such subparagraph J(8) or (10), as applicable.

  • In the event of the liquidation, dissolution or winding-up of Western or other distribution of assets of Western among its shareholders for the purpose of winding-up its affairs, the holders of the Class C Shares shall be entitled, subject to the rights of the holders of the Class B Shares, to receive an amount per Class C Share equal to the Class C Redemption Amount.
