The Class C Options, together with the Class B Options and the Class A Options are collectively referred to herein as the "Options".
Upon assumption of the Outstanding MetroPCS Class C Options as provided herein, holders of such options shall have no additional rights or benefits beyond those which they had immediately prior to the Effective Time pursuant to the terms of such Outstanding MetroPCS Class C Options and the underlying stock option plans, and shall not be relieved of any obligations or restrictions applicable to such options or the shares of Parent Class C Common Stock issued or issuable upon exercise of such options.
