Class A-3 Component The Component having such designation.
Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.
Class A Units means the Units of partnership interest in the Partnership designated as the “Class A Units” herein and having the rights pertaining thereto as are set forth in this Agreement.
Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.
Class A-4 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1020%.
Class A-4 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-4 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-4 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-4 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).
Class A LP Units means the Class A limited partnership units of the Partnership.
Class A-S Component The Component having such designation.
Class C Monthly Interest is defined in Section 4.1(c).
Class C Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.
Class A-3 Pass-Through Rate With respect to any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.205%.
Class A-3 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $[ ], and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-3 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-3 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-3 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).
Class C Component The Component having such designation.
Class A Unit means a Unit representing a fractional part of the equity interest in the Company having the rights and obligations specified with respect to the Class A Units in this Agreement.
Class C Note Balance means, at any time, the Initial Class C Note Balance reduced by all payments of principal made prior to such time on the Class C Notes.
Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
Class P Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class P Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class C Note means any one of the Series 2020-1 3.02% Rental Car Asset Backed Notes, Class C, executed by ABRCF and authenticated by or on behalf of the Trustee, substantially in the form of Exhibit C-1, Exhibit C-2 or Exhibit C-3. Definitive Class C Notes shall have such insertions and deletions as are necessary to give effect to the provisions of Section 2.18 of the Base Indenture.
Class B-1 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-1 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs fifth, sixth and seventh of Section 4.01(a).
Class A-5 Pass-Through Rate For any Distribution Date, a per annum rate equal to 3.1156%.
Class D Monthly Interest means, for any Distribution Date, one-twelfth (or, in the case of the first Distribution Date, the number of days from and including the Closing Date to but excluding the 15th day of the month in which such Distribution Date occurs, assuming each month has 30 days, divided by 360) of the product of (A) the Class D Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class D Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class D Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).
Class HI B-2 Formula Interest Distribution Amount" means, as to any Payment Date, the sum of (a) the amount specified in clause (a) of the definition of the term "Class HI: B-2 Formula Distribution Amount" and (b) the Unpaid Class HI: B-2 Interest Shortfall, if any.
Class C Interest An uncertificated interest in the Trust Fund held by the Trustee on behalf of the Holders of the Class C Certificates, evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC 3 for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class A Non-PO Optimal Amount As to any Distribution Date, the sum for such Distribution Date of (i) the Class A Interest Accrual Amount, (ii) the Aggregate Class A Unpaid Interest Shortfall and (iii) the Class A Non-PO Optimal Principal Amount.
Class B-3 Distribution Amount As to any Distribution Date, any amount distributable to the Holders of the Class B-3 Certificates pursuant to Paragraphs eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth of Section 4.01(a).
Class A-2 Monthly Interest means (i) for the initial Distribution Date, $321,750.00, and (ii) for any Distribution Date thereafter, one-twelfth of the product of (A) the Class A-2 Rate and (B) the outstanding principal balance of the Class A-2 Notes as of the preceding Distribution Date (after giving effect to all payments of principal made to the Holders of the Class A-2 Notes on or before such preceding Distribution Date).
