Class C fireworks definition

Class C fireworks means toy smoke devices, toy caps containing not more than .25 grains of explosive mixture, toy propellant devices, cigarette loads, trick matches, trick noise makers, smoke candles, smoke pots, smoke grenades, smoke signals, hand signal devices, Very signal cartridges, sparklers, explosive auto alarms, and other similar devices.
Class C fireworks means 1.46 as defined in chapter 49 of the code of federal regulations. Class C fireworks are those devices that contain less than one-quarter (1/4) grain of explosive mixture. Firework items that fit this definition include the following:
Class C fireworks. (common fireworks) means fireworks designed primarily to produce visible effects by combustion.
