Class C Bond definition

Class C Bond. Any of the Bonds with a "Class C" designation on the face thereof, executed by the Issuer and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee substantially in the form of Exhibit A-6 attached to the Indenture.
Class C Bond. Any of the Bonds issued hereunder and designated as such.

Related to Class C Bond

  • Class A-1 Note means any of the 2.25000% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-2 Note means any of the 0.51% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class C Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.

  • Class C Class D," "Class E," "Class F," "Class G," "Class H," "Class J," "Class K," "Class L," "Class M," "Class N," "Class O," "Class R-I," "Class R-II" and "Class R-III" respectively, on the face thereof, in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibits.
