Class C Bond definition

Class C Bond. Any of the Bonds with a "Class C" designation on the face thereof, executed by the Issuer and authenticated by the Indenture Trustee substantially in the form of Exhibit A-6 attached to the Indenture.
Class C Bond. Any of the Bonds issued hereunder and designated as such.

Examples of Class C Bond in a sentence

  • BOND FACTOR means a Class A Bond Factor, a Class B Bond Factor or a Class C Bond Factor.

  • On each Quarterly Determination Date, the Manager will, in respect of the Collection Period ending before that Quarterly Determination Date, calculate or otherwise ascertain the Class A Bond Factors, the Class B Bond Factors and the Class C Bond Factors.

Related to Class C Bond

  • Class A-1 Note means any of 5.604% Asset Backed Notes, Class A‑1, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class A-2 Note means any of the 0.51% Asset Backed Notes, Class A-2, issued under the Indenture substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A-1.

  • Class D Notes has the meaning assigned to such term in the Indenture.
