Class C-3 Notes means the Class C-3 Deferrable Fourth Priority Secured Fixed/Floating Rate Notes due November 5, 2035, issued by the Co-Issuers on the Closing Date, that bear interest at a fixed rate per annum equal to 6.026% for the period from the Closing Date to the last day of the Interest Period ending immediately prior to the Distribution Date in August 2015, and a floating rate per annum equal to LIBOR plus 1.70% at all times thereafter.
