Class B6 Certificate definition
Class B6 Certificate. Any one of the Class B6 Certificates executed by the Paying Agent and authenticated and delivered by the Authenticating Agent, substantially in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit A-15 and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
Class B6 Certificate. Any Certificate designated as a "Class B6 Certificate" on the face thereof, in the form of Exhibit A-4 hereto, representing the right to its Percentage Interest of distributions provided for the Class B6 Certificates as set forth herein and evidencing a Regular Interest in REMIC III.
Class B6 Certificate. A Certificate, designated Class B6 executed and authenticated by the Trustee in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-12 hereto, and evidencing ownership of interests designated as “regular interests” in REMIC F for purposes of the REMIC Provisions. Class B-1 Certificate: A Certificate, designated Class B-1 executed and authenticated by the Trustee in substantially the form set forth in Exhibit A-2 hereto, and evidencing ownership of interests designated as “regular interests” in REMIC II for purposes of the REMIC Provisions.
