Class B2 Stock definition
Class B2 Stock means the sub-class of Class B Stock that relates to the membership stock requirement and has features as assigned in this Capital Plan.
Class B2 Stock means the subclass of Class B Stock that has the characteristics specified in Section 3.02(b) of this Plan.
Class B2 Stock means Stock held by a Member that exceeds the Excess Stock limit set forth in Section II(B)(2)(c) hereof, but does not include Surplus Stock.
