Class B Preference Share definition

Class B Preference Share means a class B preference share, no par value, of the Company having the rights, privileges, restrictions and conditions set out in the Memorandum.
Class B Preference Share means a cumulative, fixed rate, redeemable preference share with a par value of ZAR0,01 (one cent) in the share capital of the Company having the rights, privileges and conditions described in the Class B Preference Share Terms;
Class B Preference Share means a redeemable preference share issued by the Company to Limited or ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ on or around the date of this agreement and having the rights for redeemable preference shares set out in schedule 1 of the Constitution.
