Class B pool definition

Class B pool means any public pool, located at, and operated to serve a facility having six or more living or guest units at:
Class B pool means a privately-owned outdoor swimming pool serving a multiple family development containing six or more dwelling units or a commercial development, including but not limited to a hotel, motel, swimming pool sales display, recreational or sports club;

  • Class B Percentage Interest As of any date of determination, with respect to the Class B Certificates, a percentage interest equal to a fraction, the numerator of which is the Class Principal Balance of the Class B Certificates on such date, and the denominator of which is the Class Principal Balance of the Class B Regular Interest on such date.

  • Class B Percentage Any one of the Class B-1 Percentage, Class B-2 Percentage, Class B-3 Percentage, Class B-4 Percentage, Class B-5 Percentage or Class B-6 Percentage.

  • Group II Class A Certificates The Class A-2a Certificates, the Class A-2b Certificates, the Class A-2c Certificates and the Class A-2d Certificates, collectively.

  • Class B Principal Balance As of any date, an amount equal to the sum of the Class B-1 Principal Balance, Class B-2 Principal Balance, Class B-3 Principal Balance, Class B-4 Principal Balance, Class B-5 Principal Balance and Class B-6 Principal Balance.

  • Class B Principal Distribution Amount Any of the Class B-1, Class B-2, Class B-3, Class B-4, Class B-5 or Class B-6 Principal Distribution Amounts.
