Class B licence definition

Class B licence means a licence to operate an ECDC that provides full-day services which comprise the conduct of all or any of the following classes: (i) playgroup class;
Class B licence means a licence for a charter service between places named in the licence (not being a group charter service) involving more than four flights in any one direction between the same two places;
Class B licence means a licence issued to a provider of public telecommunication service, within Bermuda, using, unless otherwise provided for in the licence, circuits that are under the provider's direct control and ownership;
