Class B Land definition
Class B Land means that portion of the Property, if any, identified as Class B Land on the Plan of Restricted Areas; a legal description thereof by metes and bounds being set forth in Appendix III (“Legal Description of the Restricted Areas”). Class B Land may contain Contaminated Soil and Contaminated Groundwater.
