Class B Dividends definition
Class B Dividends means the revenue to be generated through the advertisement by using the Concession Asset, and such fee, in case being paid to the Concessionaire, shall be paid to the GoS as dividends for Class B Shares; provided, that any amounts payable to the GoS by the Concessionaire hereunder as dividends for Class B Shares shall be adjusted for any adverse tax impact on the Concessionaire resulting from receipt of such fee. “Cold Storage” shallmean a refrigerated room designed specifically to place Mangoes, other Fruits and/or Vegetables and the relevant Fresh Products and/or Value Added Products, the detailed specifications of the same are described in the Schedule “L” give below (Specifications of Cold Storage).
Class B Dividends means, to the extent the Electricity Reimbursement Payment (as defined in appendix 8 of the Concession Agreement) is not reduced by element ‘V’ (if applicable), the amount by which the Electricity Reimbursement Payment would have been reduced shall be considered aas Class B Dividends;
Class B Dividends means the annual special dividend payable to holders of the Company’s Class B Common Stock, not to exceed an annual aggregate amount of $0.6 million per year plus any additional special dividends payable to the holders of the Company’s Class B Common Stock in an amount not to exceed the fees received by the Company from Worldspan in compliance with clause (13) of Section 5(g) hereof.

Commencing in calendar Year 2002, Puppel shall be entitled to five (5) weeks of paid vacation.
Except for the Unpaid Class B Dividends, there are no accrued and unpaid dividends (whether or not declared) with respect to any outstanding shares of Common Stock.
