Class B Conversion Unit definition
Class B Conversion Unit means a Common Unit issued upon conversion of a Class B Unit pursuant to Section 4.10(b)(vi). Immediately upon such issuance, each Class B Conversion Unit shall be considered a Common Unit for all purposes hereunder.

In addition to any other restrictions on transfer set forth in this Agreement, the transfer of a Class B Unit or a Class B Conversion Unit shall be subject to the restrictions imposed by Section 4.10(b)(xii).
